If you wish to delete your account and all associated trading data (live or demo) at DyAndX and its partners, please send us an email directly at support@dyandx.ai

Note: we must first unlink all trading account(s) from the platform: you can choose to close the account(s) permanently or link them to another account, if you have one.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you via the email associated with your account.

Please note that after deletion, your account cannot be restored but you can register a new one using the same email address. The deletion of your account will result in the termination of partnerships with your invited traders. You will also lose access to any previously uploaded trading algorithms. You will also be unsubscribed and will stop receiving any notifications about messages you are subscribed to. Your trading history will remain in anonymised form.
